Kayla Crump, from Powder Springs, Georgia, grew up surrounded by the roar of engines and the spirit of competition. With roots in both dirt and asphalt racing, she’s turned that lifelong passion into a career—working in event operations for Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series and as a spokesmodel for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. From pit road to race control, Kayla’s expertise keeps events running smoothly while inspiring women to find their place in motorsports. Now part of the NOPI Chic team, she’s proving that women in racing aren’t just spectators—they’re leaders, competitors, and trailblazers driving the sport forward.
