Biography
Rachel Thurow is an accomplished automotive content creator, track driver, and co-founder of R&D Racing Design and R&D Garage, based in Santa Rosa, California. With over 25 years in the motorsports community, she’s built and raced high-performance Hondas—including her 288 hp K-swapped EG Civic—while inspiring a new generation of enthusiasts. As the first woman to take first place in Sonoma Raceway’s “Gear-Jammer” drag class, Rachel continues to break barriers on and off the track. Through her engaging content and technical expertise, she brings together performance, creativity, and community in every project she takes on.
